This Privacy Policy describes how Seed Bilgi Teknolojileri (“we”, “us”) handles information in the application Age Dominion / SEED Fight (the “App”), and on agedominion.seed.tr.
1. Summary
Campaign progress, gold, weapons, and settings are stored on your device. Optional online features use a unique player name and presence status on our servers at agedominion.seed.tr. We do not sell personal data and do not embed advertising or third-party analytics SDKs in the current App version.
2. Information we process
- On-device game data: campaign progress, inventory, and preferences stored locally (for example SwiftData / Documents).
- Online identity: a device-generated player ID, the unique player name you choose, and an auth token used to prove ownership of that name.
- Presence: whether you are online or in a match, so friends can see an “online” indicator while the App is connected.
- Friends list: names you add as friends, stored on the device and mirrored for presence lookups.
- Leaderboard: your display name and campaign level / score submitted when you use the leaderboard feature.
- Multiplayer relay: matchmaking and in-match command messages (for example unit spawns) are relayed through agedominion.seed.tr while you play.
- Support email: if you contact us, we receive the information you voluntarily send to respond to your request.
3. What we do not collect
- No email/password account system for gameplay
- No advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking
- No third-party analytics packages in the current App version
- No sale of personal information
4. Tracking
The App does not engage in “tracking” as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. We do not link your data with data from other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
5. Data retention
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear saves. Online names, presence, friends links, and leaderboard entries are kept on our servers while the service operates, and may be deleted if you request removal or if an account is inactive for an extended period. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond a chosen player name and what may appear in a support message you send us.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when the App or online service changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
